Answers to the questions that come up first.
Do I need my router details to sign up?
No. Start with your contact and business details. You can add your router and complete its connection setup after your account is verified.
Can I offer more than one type of internet service?
Yes. Select Hotspot, PPPoE, Static IP, or a combination when you register. Your portal can support different services across your network.
Can I use my own M-Pesa payment details?
You can provide your preferred payment method during setup. Activation depends on your provider and the required payment credentials. Sensitive credentials are completed in the admin portal.
Will signing up change my existing network?
Registration collects your account details. Router connection and service configuration are separate steps that you complete afterward.
What happens after I submit the form?
Look for a verification email at the address you provided. Open the link to continue setting up your ISP account. Check your spam folder if the email is missing.
I already have a MUA-BILLING account. How do I sign in?
Choose Sign in at the top of this page and enter your portal name. If you use a custom domain, open your usual portal address instead.
